Itinerary
Our 4 day adventure is outlined below, but you can also view it in a calendar view.
Find your way to Moab and get settled at the house! When you arrive, be sure to review the AirBNB reservation
It's time for a fun adventure day!
First, we'll be renting UTVs and try our hand at crawling around Hell's Revenge.
After lunch in town at the Moab Brewery, we'll take a trip to Looking Glass Arch to check out one of our favorite spots.
Finally, we'll end the day with a hiking up Mill Creek Waterfall.
We'll end the day with a shuttle ride from the house to our "rehearsal dinner" at the Sunset Grill. Bring a nice outfit!
We'll start the day off early with a hike to Corona Arch (aiming for an 8:30am start; it's a ~2hr/2.3mi out-and-back hike). This will be our First-Look photoshoot, so we'll be doing this hike in our formalwear (Lilly will be packing her dress to the top; no hair or makeup for this one, just hiking boots and what you plan to wear at the ceremony)! We're avoiding the heat-of-the-day by doing this in the morning, but still be prepared for hot weather.
After the hike, folks with hair and makeup obligations will return home as the rest do a bit of setup for the ceremony at Gold Bar Campground - just across the street from the trailhead.
Our ceremony at 4pm back at the Gold Bar Campground. Check out the Ceremony page.
Back at the house, we'll enjoy a meal prepared by a local chef (Becky) and then PARTY! As Becky tells us, apparently "all roads eventually lead to Woody's", but we'll see how the night takes us!
As we pack up to head home, we'll enjoy some homemade brunch at the house!

Logistics
The closer you can get to Moab, the easier it will be! That being said, there's a Moab airport (tiny; about 15m North of town) and the Grand Junction Airport (bigger, but still small; about 1h30m North-East of Moab). Or, of course, there's Denver International Airport, which is 6h East of Moab.
We're going into the desert, so be prepared for hot weather! Beyond what's suggested by the National Parks Service, here are some other considerations:
👈 Any color found in your invitation is perfect!
Sandstone Red
Sage Green
Sandy Beige/Stone
The morning of our ceremony, we'll be taking a photo hike in our formal wear. We anticipate wearing some fresh new hiking boots for this one, though we may also tote our dress shoes for a few shots along the way.
A schedule of meals for the week can be found on the Itinerary page. In order to reduce the need to make many trips to the store, please add anything you'd like for us to grab (snacks, ingredients for assigned meals, favorites for free-for-all meals, etc.) from the store on our way in to this spreadsheet.
We'll be renting UTVs from Moab Tour Company. Once renters are done filling the rental agreements and everyone finishes the OHV Course, upload them to our shared Google Drive folder
